You have from the moment you place your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your item(s) to let us know that you wish to cancel.
If your items haven’t been received at point of cancelling your order
To cancel your order please contact Customer Services on firstname.lastname@example.org. If payment has already been processed then we will arrange a refund to the card that payment was taken from. This could take between 14-21 days.
If you have already received your items but wish to cancel
Please refer to the “Can I return my order for a refund?” section.
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything that you purchase from our Pluunge website. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date of receipt for a full refund.
We will provide you with a refund for the item(s) and if you paid a delivery charge to get the item(s) to you then we will also refund the standard delivery charge to you. Please note, if you have used one of our quicker delivery options (e.g. next day) we will only refund the standard delivery charge.
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of the item(s) being returned.

Please follow these simple steps:
- CONTACT customer services on email@example.com to get your “returns number”
- PRINT and COMPLETE the returns form. Download here.
- WRAP the item(s) in their original condition
- SEND your package via your local post office. Under this 14 Day Returns Guarantee you’re responsible for the costs of returning an item(s). We recommend that a registered/tracked service is used as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
You will receive a notification email from us when we have received your returned item(s). We will then reimburse you (for the cost of the item(s) and standard delivery) within fourteen (14) days.
We’re sorry but we can’t offer an exchange as part of our returns process for items purchased online.
If you would like an item in a different size or colour please place a new order via our online shop.
Your new order will be sent to you directly and we will process your return (including the cost of standard delivery) according to our returns policy as soon as we receive the item(s) in an un-used and re-sellable condition.
If you are returning faulty, damaged or goods sent incorrectly by us please contact customer services on firstname.lastname@example.org to process your return.
Where possible the faulty item(s) will be replaced for the same product, in the same size and colour, subject to availability. If the item(s) cannot be replaced for the same item, a full refund (including the delivery charge you chose) will be issued. Any items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
